How It\'s Done! This is how it’s done on the 4th set of at least 6 reps at 590 lbs, before reducing the weight in half to finish the 2 remaining “burn-out” sets of 12 reps each.  Sorry, I couldn’t step back to take the picture.  I was holding half-way into the first rep while taking this photo.  See the next post above.
