Apple Inc’s co-founder Steve Wozniak disagrees with jury’s decision in Samsung case

In a Sept 13, 2012 article from his recent interview with Bloomberg News, Steve Wozniak,  Apple’s co-founder, disagreed with the California jury’s decision in the Apple v. Samsung case.  The article explains that Apple was awarded more than $1 billion last month by a California jury that said Samsung copied the iPhone’s design.  Samsung is appealing the decision.

The Bloomberg article reports Wozniak’s remarks:

“I hate it,” Wozniak said when asked about the patent fights between Apple and Samsung. “I don’t think the decision of California will hold. And I don’t agree with it — very small things I don’t really call that innovative.” “I wish everybody would just agree to exchange all the patents and everybody can build the best forms they want to use everybody’s technologies.”

Be careful what you wish for Mr. Wozniak.
