Incline Leg Press – 12 plates at 45 lbs each plus the 50 lbs platform

12 x45 lb. Plates on Incline Leg Press The incline leg press is my favorite.  It works the biggest muscles we have, namely the quadriceps and hamstring muscles, and the recovery, growth and maintenance of these large muscles helps to burn fat cells more efficiently and for several days.  The count is 12 plates x45 lbs. per plate loaded on the Incline Leg Press.  Add the weight of the 130 lbs. platform, and this equals 670 lbs total. This is the most I would attempt for now after doing the first 3 lighter sets of 12, 10 and 8 reps per set.

How It’s Done!

How It\'s Done! This is how it’s done on the 4th set of at least 6 reps at 590 lbs, before reducing the weight in half to finish the 2 remaining “burn-out” sets of 12 reps each.  Sorry, I couldn’t step back to take the picture.  I was holding half-way into the first rep while taking this photo.  See the next post above.

Considering Deployment of hMailServer with IMAP and AfterLogic Webmail Lite

The email server, which is currently deployed on my Microsoft Windows server, is the Standard (free) Edition of MailEnable Server, having unlimited domains and mailboxes. It works nicely as a POP3 server and smart host and forwarder for Exchange email.  But, only the Professional version (or above) of MailEnable server offers a usable webmail interface, along with IMAP protocol for mail client access.

I am considering the deployment of hMailServer, a free e-mail server for the Microsoft Windows platform.  It supports the common e-mail protocols (IMAP, SMTP and POP3) and purports to be easily integrated with many existing web mail systems.

AfterLogic WebMail Lite is a free community edition of full-featured WebMail Pro server application. It provides a webmail front-end for an existing POP3/IMAP mail server.  I am hoping that AfterLogic WebMail Lite can be easily integrated with hMailServer on Windows platform.

Stay tuned for details of my first installation. . .

Rain, Rain, Go Away

Rain, Rain, Go Away

The weather forecast is for rain approximately 3 days solid along the Tampa Bay Area coastline.  My pool is at the brim and Debbie opened the drain on the pool filter to supplement the natural overflow from the pool onto the pool deck.  The rain continues to fill the pool faster than she can drain it.
